Our local team sup­ports orga­niz­ers and trav­el advi­sors with ves­sel selec­tion, capac­i­ty checks, embarka­tion plan­ning, guest instruc­tions, restau­rant requests and coor­di­na­tion of option­al hos­pi­tal­i­ty ser­vices. For del­e­gates attend­ing an event in Naples, the depar­ture strat­e­gy may be very dif­fer­ent from a small­er lead­er­ship group already stay­ing on Capri or along the Amal­fi Coast. Mul­ti-ves­sel arrange­ments can also be explored for larg­er groups, sub­ject to avail­abil­i­ty and oper­a­tional feasibility.

    Briefing and vessel selection Share the event purpose, guest count, preferred date, location and service expectations. We propose a suitable private boat or yacht, with attention to capacity, amenities and the boarding experience.

    Guest arrival and welcome aboard

    We provide a clear meeting point, boarding instructions and a coordinated schedule. Once aboard, guests can settle into a private environment designed around the agreed level of hospitality.

    Curated cruising and time together

    Enjoy a scenic itinerary that may include coastal highlights, informal networking, a hosted toast or a leisure stop, depending on the event format. A restaurant visit or additional programming can be arranged where practical.

    Coordinated return and onward plans

    We reconfirm the disembarkation location and can assist with requests for onward transfers, restaurant plans or a continuation of your corporate itinerary on land.

    Available by request

    Branded welcome touches, photographer or videographer, catering upgrades, live music, restaurant booking support, dedicated event coordination and connections between boats or ports where feasible. Business facilities such as Wi-Fi, presentation screens or microphones must be verified for the selected vessel.

    Corporate Embarkation Hubs — Naples, Sorrento, Capri, Positano & Amalfi

    Naples: Consider a Naples departure when corporate guests are based in the city or arriving for a local event. This can reduce the need for a separate road transfer before the charter, subject to the actual meeting point and vessel.

    Sorrento: A practical hub for small incentive groups staying on the peninsula, with a choice of local cruising or longer routes according to the schedule.

    Capri: Well suited to executive hospitality for guests already staying on the island, where an island-focused cruise may be preferable to a long transfer at sea.

    Positano: A memorable boarding location for incentive groups accommodated on the Amalfi Coast, with a scenic coastal backdrop for guest hospitality.

    Amalfi: An option for groups based in Amalfi or nearby towns, with the experience planned around transfer logistics, boarding access and the event agenda.

    For groups arriving from different hotels or requiring more than one vessel, we prepare a coordinated departure plan before confirming the offer. Multiple pick-up points are not automatically included.

  • We can explore mul­ti­ple ves­sels or alter­na­tive event-ready boats, depend­ing on the date, sea con­di­tions, port capac­i­ty and licens­ing. Avail­abil­i­ty and group logis­tics must be assessed before any pro­pos­al is confirmed.

  • Yes. We can work with orga­niz­ers and trav­el advi­sors on rout­ing, guest details, board­ing infor­ma­tion, requests for sup­pli­ers and a con­sol­i­dat­ed event plan, with a named point of con­tact estab­lished dur­ing the plan­ning process.

  • For infor­mal dis­cus­sions and hos­pi­tal­i­ty, often yes. For­mal pre­sen­ta­tions need com­pat­i­ble space, equip­ment and a sta­ble envi­ron­ment. We will check a spe­cif­ic yacht’s Wi-Fi, pow­er and pre­sen­ta­tion facil­i­ties rather than assum­ing they are available.

  • We can help coor­di­nate food and bev­er­age requests or seek a restau­rant reser­va­tion as part of the itin­er­ary. Menus, dietary needs, shore access and restau­rant con­fir­ma­tions depend on the cho­sen venue and vessel.

  • We can rec­om­mend a suit­able depar­ture point, cir­cu­late meet­ing instruc­tions and dis­cuss pri­vate trans­fer arrange­ments where required. Phys­i­cal meet-and-greet assis­tance and trans­fers should be con­firmed in the final ser­vice proposal.

  • Safe­ty remains the skip­per’s pri­or­i­ty. We assess fea­si­ble alter­na­tives under the book­ing agree­ment, which can include route adjust­ments or resched­ul­ing when pos­si­ble. For time-sen­si­tive cor­po­rate pro­grams, we rec­om­mend dis­cussing a con­tin­gency plan early.

  • Select­ed cor­po­rate char­ters can begin from Naples, Capri, Sor­ren­to, Posi­tano or Amal­fi. We rec­om­mend the most suit­able option after review­ing the guest list, event sched­ule, ves­sel capac­i­ty and local board­ing arrangements.
