Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Luxury Boat Amalfi Coast, operated by Sorrento Voyage S.r.l.

By booking one of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your reservation. The total price, payment terms and services included will always be communicated before confirmation.

Any additional services or special requests will be quoted separately.

2. Our Services

We provide private boat tours, yacht experiences, sunset cruises, private boat transfers and bespoke experiences along the Amalfi Coast and surrounding destinations.

Each booking includes only the services specified in the booking confirmation.

3. Weather & Safety

Your safety is our priority.

All boat experiences are subject to weather and sea conditions. The captain reserves the right to adjust the itinerary, departure time or route when necessary for safety.

If weather conditions prevent the service from operating safely, we will offer rescheduling where possible or a full refund if the service cannot be provided.

4. Changes & Special Requests

We are happy to assist with itinerary changes, restaurant reservations and personalized arrangements.

All modifications are subject to availability and may involve additional costs, which will be communicated in advance.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must arrive at the agreed meeting point on time and follow the captain's safety instructions.

Please inform us in advance of any special requirements, mobility considerations or luggage needs.

6. Cancellations

Cancellation and refund conditions are described in our separate Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Some bespoke events or special arrangements may have specific conditions, clearly communicated before booking confirmation.

7. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights applicable to the customer.

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide clear and transparent booking conditions.

1. Private Boat Tours, Experiences and  Boat Transfers

This policy applies to private boat tours, yacht tours, sunset cruises, standard private boat experiences and boat transfer

  • 15 days or more before departure: Full refund.
  • 7–14 days before departure: 50% refund.
  • Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.

Customized events or special services may have different cancellation conditions, which will be communicated before payment.

2. Private Boat Transfers

Changes to transfer times or pickup locations are subject to availability.

3. Bad Weather & Sea Conditions

If the captain determines that sea conditions are unsafe, the experience may be rescheduled.

If rescheduling is not possible and the booked service cannot be provided, a full refund will be issued.

Weather-related decisions are made in accordance with safety requirements.

4. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Guests are responsible for arriving at the confirmed meeting point on time.

No-shows are non-refundable. If you experience a delay, please contact our team as soon as possible so we can review the available options.

5. Refunds

All cancellations must be requested in writing by email.

Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 days after the cancellation has been confirmed.

Refunds will normally be issued through the original payment method.

6. Special Arrangements

Services requiring external suppliers, custom decorations or special event planning may be subject to additional cancellation conditions.

Any such conditions will be disclosed and agreed upon before booking confirmation.
